HOW TO SHOP:
While on any products page, you can fill in the quantity box next to each item that you want to purchase. You can do this for as many products on a page as you wish, no matter what category it is in. When finished, click any one of the 'add to shopping bag' buttons and all the items you selected will be added to your shopping bag. You always have the option of changing the contents of your shopping bag or ending the shopping session without submitting your order. When you are ready to submit your order, click the 'checkout' button on any one of the shopping pages. Then follow the directions.
RETURNING MERCHANDISE:
We gladly accept returned products within 30 days of purchase date. However, there is a $5.00 restocking fee for all returns. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
SECURITY ISSUES:
When you place an order online, your personal information and credit card information is sent to us over a secure connection. When you proceed to the 'checkout' phase of your shopping, you will see the web browser display a message telling you that you are about to switch to a secure connection. You may also see a graphic image of a key or a padlock at the bottom of the browser window. All data that you enter and submit at that point is encrypted and sent to our secure server. This means that your personal and financial information transmitted safely and it is extremely difficult for anyone to intercept this information. This site uses SSL (secure socket layer) technology to transmit your data from your computer to our server.
Transactions completed on our standard server are also very safe. It is very unlikely, even over a standard, non-secure, connection that your personal information will be intercepted. It is said that you are more at risk when you use your credit card at a restaurant than you are over the internet. We provide checkout on our standard server as a backup in case our secure server is temporarily down.
PRIVACY ISSUES:
None of the information you submit to us when you checkout, whether personal information, credit card information, or other, will be given or sold to any other parties. You will not be placed on any mailing lists except by your request, and you will not be contacted except in the case of a problem with your order. The information is used only to fulfill your online order.
COOKIES:
Our online shopping system uses 'cookies'. Cookies are data that get stored on your computer and are sent to our shopping system everytime you submit information to us. The only data we store on your computer to enable you to shop with us is a unique session ID number. This lets us track the contents of your shopping bag. No other personal information of data on your computer is available to us. The cookie is deleted when you close your web browser. If you are having trouble using our shopping system, make sure your web browser options are set to allow cookies.

If you are having trouble shopping online, there are a few things you can try. First, make sure you are using an up to date browser such as Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 or greater, or Netscape Navigator 4.0 or greater. These are available for free download at www.microsoft.com and www.netscape.com. Second, make sure your browser options are configured to accept cookies (as described above). Some problems may just be the result of a poor internet connection or temporary server problems. In these cases, it may help to simply shut down your browser, restart it and try shopping again.
